Think Spring

This is your center so your input is invaluable in keeping it alive and fresh…..although it will be hard to top our perfect day in the sun last summer, a day at Block island! We are now looking to get together an agenda of new items… so, what would you like to do? Trips need a bit of planning so don’t be shy, let your thoughts be known. Block Island was wonderful… and so many things are: a trip to see the PawSox at the lovely McCoy Stadium, a boat ride on the Blackstone River, a visit to the past at the Johnson & Wales Kitchen Museum in the harbor district and more. The list is endless, the key to a successful event is a pooling of everyone’s pleasures and interests. Drop by and you can always phone us at 401-270-5276.

DON’T FORGET — We are a meal site five days per week — call a day in advance to reserve your place at  the table.

  Breaking News!

We recently ran a 4-week pilot program where we picked up seniors at the Governor Manor House to transport them via our bus service to various shopping venues; such as Price Rite and Wal-Mart. Since this program has shown itself to be a resounding success, we are now embarking on a weekly program to provide this service to you at a modest cost of $3 per round trip. Please contact the center at 401-270-5276 to find out what day of the week this service will be available at your location.

Happy Shopping!!

We Spend lots of time raising funds to continue and increases the programs and services so wont you contribute today.
